The summer is well underway and by this point in the year,
equestrians around the country are fully engulfed in the show world. Being a real competitor, though, is made up of many
things.
A competitor must be first, and foremost, physically and
mentally capable. They must be strong in
both capacities. A competitor must be
driven. In order to accomplish goals, a
competitor must strive to be the best possible rider. A competitor should have a natural talent;
knowing how to ride is more of a feeling than an explanation. But most importantly, a competitor must be well
dressed.
Unfortunately, I can’t help you with many of these, but I
CAN help you with the last one.
In order to be able to move freely while in the saddle, and
still be fashionably chic, invest in some Animo pieces. The
nanotechnology’s BETA CX system allows the fabric to give throughout the day,
making it “active and intelligent,” according to Animo. Being an Italian brand,
Animo is able to bring the European trends to the United States.
The Animo Ambassadors will be making the trek across the
ocean this summer, closer to home, to London for the Olympic games in support of the United States’
team. Be sure to support our team, which includes riders Beezie Madden, Rich Fellers, McLain Ward and young
rider, Reed Kessler.
Animo sponsors the Lake Placid horse show and can be found
there this summer with the latest Spring/Summer 2012 Collection.
